Suc­ce­s­sion plan for WALDIS Tresore AG

Mar­kus Wirth, owner and CEO of WALDIS Tresore AG, and his family have deci­ded to hand WALDIS Tresore over to new owners. Pearl Val­ley Hol­ding, based in Zug, has taken over the Swiss com­pany, which spe­cia­li­zes in the manu­fac­ture and sale of safes, stron­g­rooms, and armored doors, and is the new owner.

Mar­kus Wirth has mana­ged the com­pany for many years as owner and CEO with great ambi­tion, flair and fore­sight. Loo­king to the future, he has now also carefully plan­ned this change. He will remain with WALDIS Tresore as Chair­man of the Board of Direc­tors and will con­ti­nue to over­see spe­cial pro­jects for our dis­cer­ning cus­to­mers.

The suc­ce­s­sion plan is also accom­pa­nied by a change in ope­ra­tio­nal manage­ment: Michael Frey took over the role of CEO of WALDIS Tresore AG on 1 July. This change at manage­ment level was made in con­nec­tion with the take­over of WALDIS Tresore AG by Pearl Val­ley Hol­ding AG, based in Zug.

Michael Frey will con­ti­nue to lead WALDIS Tresore with the same values, goals and high qua­lity stan­dards as before, thus ensu­ring not only the suc­cessful future of the com­pany, but also the best pos­si­ble ful­film­ent of all the secu­rity needs of our valued cus­to­mers.

With this in mind, we warmly wel­come Michael Frey and look for­ward to tre­a­ding this path tog­e­ther with him.
